Prepaid Card Holdings, Inc. Receives Confirmation from SEC It Has Cleared All Comments on Its Form 10

The Company had filed on August 22, 2008 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a Form 10 Registration of Securities under 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC examiner called Prepaid Card Holdings, Inc. CEO Bruce Berman on October 18th and informed Mr. Berman that there would be no further comments on the company’s Form 10 filing.
