Booth #801
ATLANTA--(www.AllPayNews.com)--Compris Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Corporation and ViVOtech today announced that they have launched contactless payment solutions for the drive-thru, diner’s table and front counter.

Combined with point-of-sale (POS) software from Compris, these solutions provide payment options at a variety of customer touch points. ViVOpay DTm™ is a drive-thru terminal designed to speed up drive-thru lane transactions with fast and convenient contactless and magnetic strip card payments. ViVOpay Dine™ is a portable payment terminal that allows contactless as well as magnetic credit, debit and prepaid card payments to be processed right at the customers’ table. Serving the front counter, ViVOpay 4000™ is a contactless payment device designed to provide seamless, functional integration with existing POS and electronic cash register stations to increase checkout efficiencies and up-selling opportunities.

"We are excited to work with Compris to deliver next generation contactless payments to consumers,” said Mohammad Khan, ViVOtech president and founder. “Together, we are enhancing the payment experience for customers by providing greater speed and convenience, and extending the effectiveness of retail gift and loyalty programs.”

“For over a decade, Compris software solutions have enabled top chains to grow their business through innovation and best-in-class operations,” said Alaa Pasha, president of Compris. “The integration of Compris software with ViVOtech’s contactless payment terminals provides yet another way for restaurateurs to use innovation and technology to build a better business through improved efficiency and quality of service.”

The Compris/ViVOtech solutions will be displayed at the 2006 International Foodservice Technology (FS/TEC) Exposition in Long Beach, Calif., on Nov. 5-8 (booth #801).
