VeriFone to Show Range of Unattended and Contactless Systems at KioskCom 2008, Stand 242

October 1-2, Olympia, London (AllPayNews) –VeriFone, the global leader in secure electronic payment solutions, will be displaying a wide variety of payment systems at KioskCom, from rugged, unattended kiosk solutions to devices which make it easy to integrate the latest contactless technology. There will also be the opportunity to see VeriFone’s newest payment solution, due to launch at the Show.

Visitors to the VeriFone stand can update themselves with the latest contactless system from VeriFone, the QX120, which makes it easy to convert existing systems to contactless technology. VeriFone’s QX120 supports all major contactless payment schemes, including those initiated from mobile phones using the emerging Near Field Communications, or NFC standard. The highly reliable, ultra thin QX120 can be easily connected to a stand-alone payment device or integrated POS system to provide contactless acceptance capability, quickly and easily.

VeriFone has a wide range of unattended solutions for a variety of applications and many will be on display at Kioskcom. For instance, the company’s OP 4100 is a PCI secure system for outdoor kiosk and pay-at-pump solutions, while its sister device, the OP 3100 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments and is often the preferred choice for ticketing and parking systems.

The Secura range of integration modules offer great versatility for those looking to quickly and cost-effectively deploy secure payment technology within existing systems.

Also on display will be the MX870, our consumer-facing touch screen product integrated into a standalone kiosk. The MX870 features fast processing speeds and large memory, while the large full-colour display is suitable for interactive displays and signature capture, as well as providing a quick and easy method of payment. Combined with VeriFone’s PAYware software, the MX Kiosk can double as an interactive customer service point so that customers can purchase gift cards, check prices or enroll on customer loyalty programmes.
